Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all hair sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the problem. The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered in its original packaging with tags and ties intact.

Approved returns resulting from a verified merchant or manufacturer error will receive a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing time may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your institution.

Orders that have entered fulfillment, been shipped, or have been opened, worn, or tampered with are not eligible for refund or exchange.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on region and carrier availability. Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Estimates

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will appear during checkout. Delivery times depend on the fulfillment method selected and carrier transit times. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order leaves our facility, Rich Off Hair Company is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
