Priority Mail: 3-7 business days

Please Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
To ensure your hair arrives on time:

Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days

Priority Mail: 3-7 business days

Shipping Time: Based on your selected method (see above).

Example Calculation: If you need your hair for a Saturday event, order at least 7-10 business days in advance to avoid delays.
If your order has shipped, use your tracking number to follow your package.

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes.

If your tracking has not updated for 5+ business days, contact the shipping provider first before reaching out to us.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and quality control purposes.
